  • Unused & Unaltered: The product must be in new, unused condition, free from installation, disassembly, painting, or any alterations.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Resellable Condition: Items should be in a condition suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or Special Orders: Products made to specific customer requirements or special orders.

  • Used or Altered Products: Items that have been used, installed, disassembled, painted, or altered in any way.

  • Promotional or Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.

Exchange & Credit

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items that meet our return eligibility criteria.

  • Store Credit: In cases where an exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued for future purchases.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective or due to our error.

  • Defective Items: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

These terms and conditions apply only to retail (individual item) sales. For projects, the terms and conditions are defined in the project contract between the company and the client, which may vary depending on the nature and requirements of each project.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ktcuae.net with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request - [Invoice Number]".

  2. Provide Details: Include your invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

  5. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  6. Resolution: Depending on the assessment, we will proceed with an exchange or issue store credit.
