• All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Kitcherama will offer exchange and or credit only.
• The item must be in a new re-sellable condition.
• Special orders cannot be returned for a refund.
• If there's a problem with your order, please contact us. If we have made a mistake, we will do our best to rectify it. If the mistake is not our fault and the parts are not defective, we reserve the right to charge for restocking fee (20% on ready-made items, custom fabricated is not refundable).
