No item may be returned if it has been used, installed, disassembled, painted or altered in any way.
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Kitcherama will offer exchange and or credit only.
The item must be in a new re-sellable condition.
Special orders cannot be returned for a refund.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us. If we have made a mistake, we will do our best to rectify it. If the mistake is not our fault and the parts are not defective, we reserve the right to charge for restocking fee (20% on ready-made items, custom fabricated is not refundable).
